I don't think you are getting the tone of that sentence. If I were to say it out loud I would be saying it 'matter of factly'. There, I just put in a comma, so you should be able to read it properly.

Now read it like its the biggest news you've heard in a while, as if you were saying it to someone who may just give a shit, because that is how I wrote it... That's right, an actual little white sedan drove by on the road which runs about 400m from here. We actually said, "Whoa, check it out" pointing and getting each other attention. This little white sedan driving by actually spun us into a conversation about the time last we saw a car drive by the week before.

This is when it really dawned on me. And the best part is that it did not seem to dawn on the others. We are actually talking about the time a car drove by a week prior. I think this is an ultimate low to me. The day I get excited about seeing more than one car in a week is the day I... Well... I don't really know what. I guess it is the day that I really come to terms with how much of a loser I am right now. I don't know if loser is the right word. I guess you could say that I am simply losing my mind. Madness confirmed.

OK Now do you know what I'm doing? I'm sitting here wishing that I had a picture of the sedan so I could post it on here. Wow, I mean WOW. Get a hold of yourself man! You are talking to yourself!... Thats ok though, because I'm actually talking to YOU. And its also OK, because I am no more than 4 days away from a flight to civilization!!!

Can you imagine? Civilization?!
Just think... I'm going to get to see a SHIT LOAD of cars...
